Wedding Planning & Coordination Services
We have a number of different packages and services to choose from below
The Rehearsal & Day of Coordination Package (R1,950)
I handle the day of the wedding so that YOU are relaxed and free to enjoy your special day.
•Initial and final consultation with bride and groom
•Customized ceremony and reception time-line, which is then distributed to all contracted vendors
•Attendance and direction (can also be co-coordinated with officiant) at the rehearsal (up to one hour)
•Supervision of venue set up. Ensuring all table numbers, place cards, programs, wedding favors etc are correctly placed.
•Work with Band/DJ to establish timing for Grand Entrance, First Dance, Cake Cutting, Bouquet and Garter Toss.
•Direct Ushers with seating and program distribution
•Assist with handing out wedding flowers: pinning on corsages, boutonnieres, etc.
•Get wedding party in place to walk down the aisle. Ensure flowers are held correctly, timing is perfect, wedding dress trains are straight, etc.
•Help the photographer to get the pictures you want, making sure family members are available and in place for photography, etc
•Ensure reception area is set up as planned, candles lit, DJ on schedule, etc.
•Make sure things are running on schedule
•Make sure all vendors receive final payments as needed
•On-site coordination and management of entire wedding day, up to 9 hours. (Additional hours can be added as needed)
Two Months Until Wedding Planning Package (Starts at R3,950)
This package is for the couple that has all major items figured out and they need someone to help tie together the loose ends. It covers all the minor details that the couple needs assistance with as well as guidance during the month until their big day!
Services include: (in addition to above package)
•Up to 2 in-person meetings
•Unlimited email and phone calls for the 2 months until the wedding
•Research and visiting to up to 2 wedding vendors
(Includes research to determine if vendor is available & what their pricing is, as well as compare to other options to help you find “the one”. I will also help negotiate contracts as necessary)
•Review and proof BEO (Banquet Event Order) provided by catering manager
•Confirm all vendor orders and quantities on rental items
•On-site coordination and management of entire wedding day for
up to 9 hours. (Additional hours can be added as needed)
Wedding Planning Package (Starts at R6,950)
“Wedding package ” is for the couple that has started the planning, found the venue, and the major items that may be needed in planning their wedding and they need someone to help them complete it. It covers all the unfinished details that the couple needs assistance on and helps turn the couples vision a reality.
Services include: (in addition to above packages)
•Up to 5 in-person meetings
•Provide a comprehensive list of my preferred vendors for the couple to use
•Visiting with up to 4 vendors categories together (ex: florist, DJ, cake, etc). (Includes research to determine if vendor is available & what their pricing is, as well as compare to other options to help you find “the one”. I will also help negotiate contracts as necessary)
•Assistance in prepare and understand a budget
•Assist with selection of wedding attire and accessories, accompaniment to fittings if desired
•Meet at venue to go over decor elements, speak to venue manager, etc.
•Unlimited emails and phone calls during the 4 month period leading up to your wedding
•On-site coordination and management of wedding day for up to 10 hours. (Additional hours can be added as needed)
The Complete Planning Wedding Package (Starts at R11,950)
This package is for the couple that wants guidance from start to finish. It covers all of the details that go into making your wedding truly memorable and fabulous!
Services include:(in addition to all above packages)
•I will plan and execute what you want to make your day perfectly how you want it!
•In-person consultations/meetings as well as phone and email correspondence.
•Weekly Checklists to keep us both on track.
•From invitations, décor, selecting vendors, the venue, tastings, etc I am with you the whole way. Help with finding, negotiating, and booking the perfect vendors for you guys and your wedding day! We will schedule appointments and accompany clients to these appointments
•Assist with the choosing of invitations
•Assistance with tracking RSVP's and who will be attending
•Final meeting covering all details with client, the month of wedding and the week prior to the wedding.
•Contact and confirm delivery, setup, payment & expectations with all vendors
•Final walk-through with client at selected sites month of the wedding
•Assist with menu and beverage planning (catering)
• Mixology cocktail menu specialist on file if needed. (Additional cost)
•Collection and inventory of wedding items to be setup on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.
(This does not include however all wedding décor).
•Includes and Inspiration Board with your overall theme as well as Pantone color pallate creation as well as everything included in all other packages.
•On-site coordination & management of entire wedding day for up to 14 hours (Additional hours can be added as needed)
•Includes an assistant for day of wedding
